Useless ,the most important problems are: 1-the app first of all needs a finger print authentication to be added. 2-needs a daily support to update the balances,This app is not linked to the system,receives updates manually, what a mess,it takes ages to get the update,some times the guy loades the file and forget to hit enter (joking 😃) 3- transferring money,not working so don't bother you self to pay extra for services that are not working and I mean it don't even think to trying it follow up

The app is useless. The transfer function or feature require a second contract. I signed that bloody contact but unfortunately they didn't add that function so far although I've been calling them since several months. The support doesn't exist. i.e look for a private bank like SGA or Trust Bank.

A nightmare to use, and what's worst about it is that you have to wait 24 hours fo the transactions to reach you. What an utter garbage
