I fail to see the point in an app when I can't purchase a ticket to the VOD I want to watch, can't watch that VOD through the app once I do manage to buy it, can't cast to my Roku... very user unfriendly

My experience using this app after watching a fan meeting of WayV. I wish this app will be available on smart TV since it's hard for me to connect my laptop to the TV. Overall, I enjoy using this app because the mode of payment is a smooth transaction. Also, put a lot of options for payment. Lastly, they are times the video is freeze while watching them even though I got a good internet connection. I know the ticket price is so expensive please bring back the VOD

I can't cast it to my TV. I can't download the app on my smart TV. The app doesn't work on my computer despite having the right system. only can watch from my phone. so I deleted it. I used to get so excited about seeing my favourite artists. now I can't even watch them. thankfully I didn't buy a ticket yet.
