Ratings and reviews

The idea of the app is great, but it doesn't reflect real life. Each 'service' time slot can have 4 cars booked, (the service centre stated 3 mechanics), in short arrive on time for your booking and still wait 30+ more minutes until the car gets seen. (the service center stated about 1.5hrs needed for a basic service) The first time slot (8:00) is one of the busiest and no staff will be there before 8:00.

Good approach, but it feels incomplete. it feels rushed and does not relate alot to real life experiences. would love to see some improvements.

Cannot open the apps on both my samsung s7 edge and note 2
