About this app

BFMiDi Editor is the official editor for the BFMiDi MIDI controller. Configure your pedal from your phone, without a computer: presets, footswitches, LED colors, background images, icons, and all system options.

HOW IT WORKS
• Connect your phone to the pedal's Wi-Fi (or the same local network) and the app will automatically find the BFMiDi.

• Every change is sent to the pedal instantly — what you see on the screen is what's on stage.

• No pedal nearby? The app opens in OFFLINE MODE: you create and adjust presets in a local copy and then transfer everything to the pedal with BACKUP and RESTORE.

WHAT YOU CAN EDIT
• Presets per bank (A–J), name, Program Change, channel, and extra sends.

• LIVE mode for each footswitch: STOMP, MACROS, MOMENTARY, TAP TEMPO, SPIN, RAMP, SINGLE, STEPS, CONTROL.

• Pedal screen appearance: layouts, colors, fonts, icons, and background images.

• LED ring colors and brightness, gesture-activated preset recall, two-footswitch combos.

• User-friendly mode with CC/PC names for dozens of pedals and amplifiers (Kemper, Line 6, BOSS, Valeton, TONEX, and others) and custom devices.

• Step-by-step setup wizard for the first preset.

• Complete backup and restore, with images and icons.

REQUIREMENTS
• A BFMiDi controller with firmware 13 or later.

• The app only communicates with the pedal via the local network. It does not collect data and does not require registration.
