Ratings and reviews

The new UI is nice but very slow and freezes sometimes. I did a duplicate transfer because of that. And still no login with fingerprint nor NFC payment nor external accounts visibility to manage my different accounts. This app is a few years behind the competition.

Worst bank and worst customer service ever. Three months to close the account and it is not even closed. The app is also one of the worst, it's like if it was developed in the 80s. Ah, they don't speak English at all, so here's the french version: La pire banque et le pire service client de tous les temps. Trois mois pour fermer le compte et il n'est même pas fermé. L'appli est aussi l'une des pires, c'est comme si elle avait été développée dans les années 80. Ah, ils ne parlent pas du tout anglais, alors voici la version française.

Sometimes slow. Hang up arrives. Much less user friendly compared to competition. Cannot add credit cards on phone. Questionable and cumbersome security: asking for birthdate, while knowing that name & birthdate couple is insecure in France since successful attacks on social security. Stay away if possible.
