New version sucks ! It's easier to go to the branch or mail it in. Terribly long agreements that don't want to scroll down to the coveted checkbox "I agree" with this bullsheet. The customer service was always very strong point of BFS. But not any longer. Pitiful experience. Update: four month later app stopped working. I can log in, it asks security verification and proceeds to display a blank white screen with no ability to do deposit, check balances or any other normal banking activity.

For the most part, this app works very well and dependable. Camera for deposits could be better. The adobe scanner camera I like most of all camera apps for scans. It automatically grabs the corners that are needed and takes the picture when it has them all. I think a similar installment would be amazing. It is really annoying to have to do retake scans. The security procedure could be better or maybe I'm doing something wrong. I want to be able to login with my fingerprint. Fast and secure.

We appreciate your feedback and will make a note of it to improve our app in the future. To adjust your settings for Biometrics, please log in, then go to the profile menu and go to authorized device enrollment and enroll your device – that will make the login process quicker and help you avoid multi-factor authentication every time.

Had not been able to deposit checks via the app since Aug. Tried numerous occasions to deposit various checks. Called customer service, and their excuse was there can't be any spaces. That has never been a problem before. It's a problem on their end and instead of trying to fix it, says that it's user error. Since the major update back in Nov/Dec, this app has been riddled with problems. Now I have to drive all the way to DC. Complete inconvenience. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere.
