Simplify your life and stay in control of your finances with your Mobile banking app. Access to your Banco General accounts through your phone with a secure and easy app. If still do not have access to Mobile Banking your can enroll through the app.

With your Mobile Banking app you can:
- Sign in with your Touch ID or Face ID.
- Remember your username for easy acess.
- View your account balances and recent transactions.
- Transfer between your own accounts or to a third party.
- Send or request money to other Banco General accounts using a cell phone number with Yappy.
- Pay your credit cards.
- Pay your utilities or any other entity saved on your Online Banking.
- Make top ups to any cell phone provider, Panapass or your Metro card.
- View your "Estrellas" o miles from your credit card .
- Chat by WhatsApp with a bank executive for assistance.
- Find your nearest branch and ATM.

The app is easy to use, but it has poor security. Screenshots can be taken of any page which is dangerous. No profile settings; to change info you have to physically go to the bank which is a pain. Bad customer service - limited menu options. When something else like "Change email" is put in it says "we didn't understand your request, try again". Must call or go in just to change your email 😕😕

Ever since a new update came requiring me to add face ID, it has stopped me from using the app altogether because I can't get past the configuration screen. My phone doesn't have face ID natively. Only has fingerprint reader. The app simply does nothing, I put my face inside the marked space, yet it does nothing. Nothing at all. If this keep going, I might have to switch banks because of this app.

Love the app! Only one problem. I have had 3 new phones and every time the fingerprint access works only for a few times and the it stops working. Now I have 2 phones (iOS and Android). Same problem. Besides this. The whole system works out perfectly. This is a very well designed banking application.
