The app is easy to use, but it has poor security. Screenshots can be taken of any page which is dangerous. No profile settings; to change info you have to physically go to the bank which is a pain. Bad customer service - limited menu options. When something else like "Change email" is put in it says "we didn't understand your request, try again". Must call or go in just to change your email 😕😕
