When I first purchased the vacuum and downloaded the app, it worked great. The vacuum still works, but the app does not. It immediately closes upon opening. The vacuum still works fine, I just have to manually press the button, so the convenience of being able to monitor, start or stop while away from home is no longer an option.

I used to love it, but a few months ago there was an update. Now the app crashes every time you try to open it. I have uninstalled/reinstalled it every few weeks with no success. I cannot use it! When it crashes, it asks me to upload the error log and I do it everytime but nothing has changed. Please fix it! I love my vaccume but not if there's no app! DEVS, PLEASE FIX THE ANDROID APP! I'd love to give a higher review but I can't even use it!

App crashes constantly. Took a little while to set up and connect to the vacuum, had to switch off location services etc. But even after that, the app just continuously crashes. It's unusable.. I just use the vacuum manually by pressing the buttons and have given up on the app.
