When I first purchased the vacuum and downloaded the app, it worked great. The vacuum still works, but the app does not. It immediately closes upon opening. The vacuum still works fine, I just have to manually press the button, so the convenience of being able to monitor, start or stop while away from home is no longer an option.

I used to love it, but a few months ago there was an update. Now the app crashes every time you try to open it. I have uninstalled/reinstalled it every few weeks with no success. I cannot use it! When it crashes, it asks me to upload the error log and I do it everytime but nothing has changed. Please fix it! I love my vaccume but not if there's no app! DEVS, PLEASE FIX THE ANDROID APP! I'd love to give a higher review but I can't even use it!

Worked well with the robot vacuum, it was Tha vacuum itself I wasn't happy with. Died extremely fast. Couldn't even vacuum all the areas, because it kept going over the same spots all the time. It only stayed charged for about an hour or so, before it had to go back to the docking station.
