When I first purchased the vacuum and downloaded the app, it worked great. The vacuum still works, but the app does not. It immediately closes upon opening. The vacuum still works fine, I just have to manually press the button, so the convenience of being able to monitor, start or stop while away from home is no longer an option.

bought one of their products and gave out on me on the first year exactly one year by date I called them asking for help and they would not help me at all and they said it was discontinued so there's no help for me on one of their vacuums this place I would not recommend because they don't stand by the warranties our help on their app or anything be aware you'll pay for it if you get them

I used to love it, but a few months ago there was an update. Now the app crashes every time you try to open it. I have uninstalled/reinstalled it every few weeks with no success. I cannot use it! When it crashes, it asks me to upload the error log and I do it everytime but nothing has changed. Please fix it! I love my vaccume but not if there's no app! DEVS, PLEASE FIX THE ANDROID APP! I'd love to give a higher review but I can't even use it!
