When I first purchased the vacuum and downloaded the app, it worked great. The vacuum still works, but the app does not. It immediately closes upon opening. The vacuum still works fine, I just have to manually press the button, so the convenience of being able to monitor, start or stop while away from home is no longer an option.

When the app RARELY is working. It's an ok App but needs more advanced personalization to reset wifi setting info etc....otherwise you have a major glitch people. Crashes over and over and then only way to escape it is to Uninstall and Re-Install, restart phone re intro yourself to the app. Process looks similar but is a but shorter, still annoying and then God forbid don't leave the screen or it might start crashing on you again. Please fix this. Tyty I'm running on an Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra

I used to love it, but a few months ago there was an update. Now the app crashes every time you try to open it. I have uninstalled/reinstalled it every few weeks with no success. I cannot use it! When it crashes, it asks me to upload the error log and I do it everytime but nothing has changed. Please fix it! I love my vaccume but not if there's no app! DEVS, PLEASE FIX THE ANDROID APP! I'd love to give a higher review but I can't even use it!
