Received an email advertising their app, so I'd assumed it was finished and functional. Yet I downloaded it and it doesn't even give me an option to view the information and data about my account. It just says 'pick an account' with no options. Their last app wasn't great either... disappointing quality, especially considering the company is such a big, well known brand.

Rubbish app, ever since we had the smart meter the gas balance always shows but we've never had a balance on the electric. There's never an updated amount left on your meter so you never know how much electric you actually have at any given time. Update... still rubbish, according to the app I have no gas and no electric. NEVER EVER get an updated balance and as someone with disabilities its no good.

This app is always down and being worked on when I need to use it. I've lost count of the times I'm stuck...almost out of electricity and being unable to top up my account so I can cook or shower. You can almost guarantee it will not be working when you need it...unless you top up from 9am - 5pm. I cannot wait to switch to a different electricity provider who has an app that doesn't constantly need to be updated every week!
