If the app works, it's OK. It's just not user friendly in any way. It takes a ton of searching for the right option, messages for stuff like peak save disappear and then you have to go through several different menus to find it. It's not great. Slow to update meter amounts, so if you can't get to the meter to read it, or your smart meter isn't working, then you're buggered.

The balance for PAYG does not update as it should. The available balance is always two days behind. The layout is also very poor. There is no obvious way to find your account details when opening the app. You have to click on the bell icon, which normally in apps is for notifications. Again, very confusing. The app is sluggish and unresponsive. Card details disappear and have to be re-entered. Overall, an appalling app for such a large company.

Well, it's ok, but the electric top-up doesn't seem to work properly. I've been using it for a while now, and it just doesn't show my balance. Also, neither top up goes through to my smart meter, and I have to enter the codes manually. Update well, it's 3 months later, and I still have the same issues. Update months later and still not working properly. Update - I topped up 2weeks ago, and it's never gone through. Still not showing.
