Often, it says missing parameter when I input currency value, and when it goes to next screen, local currency amt disappears, and again, I have to put in transferring amount, it says, missing Parameter also, it doesn't allow to send money to Europe although it was sent previously due to these reasons I have to run to BEC branches .. I m thinking of shifting to another easier apps

I called several times, sent whatsapp and even sent an email! I can't even send to my own account! This is disheartening and underwhelming. Why keep contact informations if you're own establishment is unreachable? And when someone finally picks up! They missed the mark on my issue and made me re-install the app all over again without actually looking into the issue! Every month there just has to be an issue with using this frustrating app!

I would like to rate this app 0 !! The new update is the worst ever , very bad , in the end of the transaction while you going to make the payment , it log out and ask you to log in again , also you need Approve for the beneficiary to send the money and this approval can be in 1 or 2 days !since yesterday I cannot send money for emergency!and in my country banks are close Saturday and Sunday!!!!!!!I'm your customer for three years!!!ridiculous!!! Even customer service doesn't answer the phone!
