Having an issue with the app opening just shows a white screen? The update of the app is causing conflict. Please resolve this issue as residents need to have access

I can't even get past the first page to agree to their terms of service. The box is blank and you can't do anything else. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled again and same thing happens. This is horrible!

Does not show anything on the terms of service to read, agree or scroll. All I am getting is a blank white screen. I cannot go past this screen to use the app.
