I've been trying to renew my cpr details for weeks now, your "capture" option do not work properly. I successfully uploaded one time but when I was trying to log in, it did not update and had to go back to step 1. Very frustrating. If your app is encountering issues you should notify the user or add notifications. Your collecting our data and photos at least update your customers!

I have been using this app for 3yrs now. unfortunately everytime I send money, it has to hang. customer care they tell you it will be ok after 2hrs which is not true. at times they don't even pick up the phone. they need to improve in their services. you have inconvenient me allot. transaction takes more that a day to be delivered.
