Loan Amount: Rs. 1,00,000
Tenure: 6 months
Interest Rate (APR): 24% per year
Repayment Amount: Rs. 1,12,000
Total Interest Payable: Rs. 100,000 x 24%/12*6 (6 months) = Rs. 12,000
Processing Fees (incl. GST): Rs. 2,000
Disbursed Amount: Rs. 100,000 (Loan Amount) - Rs. 2,000 (Processing Fees) = Rs. 98,000
Total Amount Payable: Rs. 1,12,000 (EDI of 722)
Total Cost of the Loan: Interest Amount + Processing Fees = Rs. 12,000 + Rs. 2,000 = Rs. 14,000

Hopeless Pathetic Worst Service. My payment is on hold since last 20 days and they are using my payment. Even after uploading the document perfectly they aren't verifying it. Every employee calling me asking and asking new things to upload. There isn't a option for minus rating or else. I would have done that. So much Careless. Their carelessness is affecting customers. Without any prior call they directly block my machine just cause I used it multiple times. And now my payment is on hold.

The app ia not user friendly to the uneducated people. 1) They dont show all the transaction in main menu instead they show recent 5 transaction. And to see the full transaction we need to click on view all button. So kindly update and show all transaction in main menu. 2) Agent cant see the transaction in its main menu instead the agent want to go menu and select the agent view then select business and then only agent can see the transaction and this to be one every time and this is frustrating

Although everything is fine but when the battery gets discharged. No notification is received from him. While the other payment sound box give attention notification for charge or visible in the application. It automatically switches off and then check the mobile for notification of payment. Battery backup is also available in just 2 days whereas others take 5-7 days.
