You have to purchase an alias email as a separate email. No catch all so you loose out emails, Cant have auto forward of emails to and from subordinates. Most unsatisfactory

for resetting password, once given forgot password, get opt then no page is available to enter opt showing as webpage not available, Can you able to fix this issue

Every now and then it fails. You have to keep on updating. For the past one month or so even the updating option is not there. Now absolutely no mail gets down loaded.No help available either from BSNL or X Gen. None of them reply. The only option left to me is to forget about dataone connection and remove dataone from all contacts.
