SAFE AND SECURE
The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on Internet Banking. The app also features a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access. You can also download the Bar Harbor Card Control app, which helps protect your debit card from fraud. The app lets you to turn your card on and off, set custom alerts, and more.

GETTING STARTED
To use the Bar Harbor Mobile App, you must be enrolled as an Bar Harbor Bank and Trust Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

the new login process is no longer sending the verification code to my text. it worked well for a couple of weeks... but now I can't login without the code... and I have to request a phone call. the 5 digit code was awesome, but this process is horrible!

So first I want to say I miss Woodsillve. Second, the app just sucks, the new update made it annoying and not being able to lock my card with the main app is stupid and we shouldn't have to download a second app just for locking. Seriously considering switching banks if they can't fix this as that is a deal breaker for me.

App doesn't work when using my VPN when traveling around different countries. What a joke (garbage). Glad to see my other bank allows it. If I'm logging in with my thumbprint there's no reason to block me from an Unknown VPN, completely ridiculous.
