Add Tags, Notes, Images & Geo-Information: By enhancing transactions with custom tags, notes or photos of a receipt or check, you have the ability to stay organized and find exactly what you’re looking for when searching through your finances.

Contact: Locate ATMs or branches and contact Bar Harbor Bank and Trust customer service directly from the app.

SAFE AND SECURE
The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on Internet Banking. The app also features a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access. You can also download the Bar Harbor Card Control app, which helps protect your debit card from fraud. The app lets you to turn your card on and off, set custom alerts, and more.

GETTING STARTED
To use the Bar Harbor Mobile App, you must be enrolled as an Bar Harbor Bank and Trust Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

The app works, but I often have issues. There are days it won't let me deposit checks, random errors. Sometimes I open the app and it won't update or refresh my balance. The app only keeps a couple of months of purchase history which is annoying because it used to let me go back at least a year. I've had payments drop off and pop back up randomly. It doesn't accurately show your available balance either. Used to be a good app but for the past year its been sub par.

I I'm giving this app 5 stars cause the customer service personally, and over the phone do care and take my needs nicely. LOVE the extra features that go along with this mobile bank app.! Transfer money from either accounts! And aside from this app. There's several branches to travel to. That's so convenient!

The deposit photo processing is overly sensitive, keeps rejecting checks where the amount isn't perfect, like a weak penstroke on a digit. The maximum daily/weekly deposit is absurdly low at $2,500. Another bank's app I've used has a $30,000 limit. I was disappointed that I couldn't deposit a check for $2,700.
