Connect your android device to good speakers and enjoy the sound in high fidelity. Ideally place the speakers at least 3 to 4 feet away for the best effect.

I have included several digitized tanpura profiles. Use them and adjust the tempo/pluck-style to get the best combination that suits your taste.

Update: There was no sound after the New update. I firstly uninstalled on the date of update and reinstalled to check if it was working, it didn't work. Later I gave feedback here. After a few days I checked the app. It didn't work only. Again I uninstalled and reinstalled it again and it worked. So if the issue continues in your pro version, uninstall and reinstall the app. It should work.

The Best Tanpura app for Android (trust me, I have tried a whole a lot of apps). Period. But yes, it lacks lows and some low mids, but I trust Mukunda ji will bring in changes. The Miraj tones are a bit too in the face. But nevertheless, it's the best out here. I use a combination of Bheema and iTanpura for my concerts. Thanks a lot Mukunda ji!

The sound starts 'distorting' when u minimise and play it in background or if you keep it ON for a long time. I checked the Pitch on a professional Tuner app...both Sa and Pa were accurate in Standard tuning unlike many other apps which had +3 -3 cents difference....impressive! but please fix the bug
