BHN RFID Handheld is an internal fleet operations application designed for Chainway/RSCJA UHF handheld devices. It helps authorized fleet and gate operations teams manage and verify RFID-tagged tyres, trucks and trailers.

RFID Tag Scanning

Tyre Module

Automatically identify whether a scanned equipment tag belongs to a truck or trailer.

Pair a truck with its trailer.
Update truck and trailer relationships using RFID-enabled equipment records.
Review the mapping before confirmation.

Equipment Verification

Verify whether a physically scanned truck and trailer match their recorded pairing.
Scan both sides of the pairing to confirm the expected relationship.
Clearly identify matched, mismatched and unmapped equipment.

GateKeeper Scanner

Check vehicles and their associated tyres during gate operations.
Compare scanned RFID tags with expected fleet records.
Identify matched, missed and foreign tyre tags.
Provide detailed scan results for operational verification.

QR Scanner

Scan supported trip QR codes using the handheld device.
Validate the QR data before starting the associated gate workflow.
