Whoa! it is the social that works the other way around.

On Instagram, you post to get followers. On Bho!, you build a profile to get accepted. Every room has a door, and your profile is what gets you through it -- or keeps you out.

HOW IT WORKS

* Rooms, not feeds.
Whoa! is built around Rooms -- small, private groups tied to real places. Your university building, your gym, your favorite spot in the city. Every room is a community of people who actually share that space with you.

* Your profile is your application.
When you request access to a room, your profile goes to a vote. The members inside see who you are, what you've shared, and what rooms you already belong to. They decide. Majority rules. Didn't make the cut? Build a better profile, come back later.

* Max 10 rooms.
You can belong to at most 10 rooms. They're all visible on your profile -- a genuine snapshot of your interests and the places that matter to you. Not a follower count. Not a vanity metric. Ten rooms that represent who you actually are.

* Privacy. For real.
Whoa! uses end-to-end encryption built on ChaCha20-Poly1305 and X25519 Diffie-Hellman -- the same cryptographic standards used by Signal. Every message, photo, and video is encrypted on your device before it leaves it.

- The keys only live on your phone
- Our servers never see your content -- not even us
- We store hashed phone numbers, never plaintext
- Location is optional and tied to Rooms, not to you
- We literally can't spy on you. Even if we wanted to.

* Discover your city
Open the map and explore rooms anywhere. Each pin is a room anchored to a real place. Tap for a blurred preview, request access, wait for the vote.

* Nearby (Bluetooth)
Whoa! uses Bluetooth to detect other users around you. Walk around the city and see who's close. Your phone broadcasts a link to your profile -- and so do theirs. Meet the stranger next to you.


EVERYTHING ELSE

- Encrypted chat: Group messaging inside every room. Encrypted with the room's key, rotated automatically when someone leaves.
- Encrypted posts: Photos and videos shared inside a room stay inside the room. Fully encrypted, never accessible to outsiders.
- Ephemeral content: Send a view-once photo to your room. One look, then it disappears -- from every device and from our servers. No trace.
- Public posts: Share something to your profile for everyone to see. Your public face, on your terms.
- Vox populi: New members need a majority vote to get in. Existing members can propose to remove someone. The community governs itself.


WHAT BHO! IS NOT

- Not a broadcast platform. No public feed, no virality, no algorithm.
- Not a surveillance tool. We can't profile you -- we don't have the data.
- Not another messaging app. It's a social network where real places are the context.
- Not for influencers. There's no follower count, no reach metric, nothing to optimize for.
