App Crashes at start up Does your development team not do thorough testing prior to releasing a new version? Update: app is now working. I have changed rating to excellent.
Happy days! Being a long standing and very satisfied customer - I let the guys at B&H know about their app crashing and today, along with all others that shared the same I'm sure, I'm very pleased to report their app is as awesome once more! Thanks dev team at B&H!
DECENT APP, BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE. It's no longer the place I use to trust. I bought a laptop online from their website. It didn't looked or met specifications as advertised. Their return policy is 30 days. I request return within a day. Instead of accepting return, I was told that they can't accept it as box is opened. How in the world you know that product is not as advertised unless you see it!! It used to be great company to buy in store or online. But no more due to such unethical/ unprofessional practices!!
I love the app but I'm getting pop up ads in my homescreen I don't know what I enabled but I'm getting full screen ads even when I'm not in the app. It's very annoying
Now looks good again The crashing is gone now with new update. My thanks to developers. Now it's no wrong to give 5 stars ;-)
It's just like shopping in-store! This is absolutely the best shopping and Customer service app from any store I've used. Obviously it deserves the first 5 start rating I gave any app!
This release fixed a crash that occurred when our store closed for Sabbath. Sorry about that!
