I am thinking why is this even there to begin. Its not even working and always ends up with back up restore and all which is actually not working. Can you update it so it is user friendly. And I don't know why it always show network connection weak or something when I have a full access to internet.

Last time it was working fine, but I changed my phone and tried signing in, but "An error was encountered while processing your submission. Please try again" message comes and I am unable to sign in.

I didn't think it was possible to make an application worse than the different Bhutan Apps we have to download every national day - but congratulations; you have outdone yourself again. The application won't let me proceed without the foundational credential (which I HAVE RECEIVED), locks me out, and also the app keeps shutting down randomly. Thank you for your service!
