I am thinking why is this even there to begin. Its not even working and always ends up with back up restore and all which is actually not working. Can you update it so it is user friendly. And I don't know why it always show network connection weak or something when I have a full access to internet.

This is a real trash app. Before you move everything to do through this app, it should be working as it should be, so people don't miss out on important things. I am trying to set up my wallet so that I can apply for my SCS to renew my passport which is due to expire in next month but it doesn't work. I even can't apply through RBP website like before we use to do. There are no mail id to contact the officials. So frustrating

This app is so irritating... I have been trying to take out my SCS for days... they say to update my address and when I try to update then I can't even type... When when I try to contact they just said my ac doesn't have any problem... if one also information is missing then you can't process that work at allll....
