I didn't think it was possible to make an application worse than the different Bhutan Apps we have to download every national day - but congratulations; you have outdone yourself again. The application won't let me proceed without the foundational credential (which I HAVE RECEIVED), locks me out, and also the app keeps shutting down randomly. Thank you for your service!

While trying to update KYC for my sim, it doesn't generate credentials automatically. I tried many times and at last it came but says failed to upload documents after inserting OTP. It is quite frustrating though the app has great advantages. Developers need to fix frequent glitches. I haven't been able to update my KYC!

No stars for this total trash app unfortunately 1 star has to be given. We have to use two phones for this app to work and whenever I try to open a government website, I am directed to open through this trash app that doesn't work at all. A total waste of time.
