Very bad experience..service has become abysmal. Booked my tickets Cash deducted from Bank Account Tickets not received and had to spend 5 hours and close to 20 calls for initiating a refund.. Very difficult to reach their representative on the number.

Harrowing experience with cab booking! Got scammed! The app quoted Rs 1132. I paid. They asked me to pay more than 50% extra (Rs 580) during pick up. The support team asks you to pay the extra amount and raise a ticket. But after you raise the ticket, nothing happens. After 3 weeks the support team tells me that the vendor said I changed the date and time. They didn't even check the records - there was NO change at all! I booked the cab for 22 March 4 am and I was picked up exactly then. Scam!

Performance issues with the app. Kept on draining the phone battery excessively, though I'm on the latest Android 16 on a Samsung Galaxy with high end specs.
