The Bank Independent Sync Mobile App brings the branch to you, allowing you to view your balances and recent transactions, transfer money between accounts, pay bills, deposit checks, and even locate the nearest sales office or ATM. It is fast, secure and makes life easier by empowering you with the tools you need to manage your personal finances.

Contact: Locate ATMs or branches and contact Bank Independent Customer Service directly from the app.


SAFE AND SECURE
The app utilizes the same bank-level security that protects you when you’re on Internet Banking. The app also features Touch ID and Face ID login options, in addition to a unique 4-digit passcode setting that prevents unauthorized access.


GETTING STARTED
To use the Sync Mobile App, simply download the app, launch it, and log in with your existing Online Banking credentials. If you don't have credentials yet, tap "First time user? Enroll now". After you successfully log in to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

Ratings and reviews

Not liking the new app. Especially the Payments section. It's hard to clearly see when all the payments are going or have gone through. It gives me a headache trying to glance at it and absorb them all quickly. I didn't have this trouble with the old app. It may be the final push to go back to paying all my bills with a cc. That's just not as convenient. Update: I just found the Expanded view for the Payment card on the Dashboard. That looks much better than what I was seeing! The app is stable.

it looks better and performs faster. a major turn off though is that when I open the app, it tells me there is a newer version and makes me go to the play store to open the version I have of my phone. I know 3 other co workers who have the same problem. and yes I've uninstalled and reinstalled with zero success. As of 10/11/19 this issue still hasn't been fixed!

This App has helped me keep my finances so much more manageable! Its great for people like myself with horrible memory issues. To save and/or transfer into/out of an account is so simple. The chat feature beats having to call and talk to someone. They have been so helpful when I've needed them. They to are actual people not robots. Without this app, I probably wouldn't have the account. I waited 15 years to use a bank again. Thanks to the app, I will be able to keep it!
