Logging in is a pain. I have to reinstall the app many times only to have it work a few times after reinstallation before lagging again. Sometimes I still cannot do anything even after reinstalling. And when I manage to log in I got logged out immediately and I have to waste time logging in again. Definitely not to be used when I need to transfer money online.

Bound device is annoying when it comes to two devices user if the bound device needs to be charged, low bat or etc and want to use the unbound device becomes very annoying to continue the transaction. Latest update makes it very annoying to use, especially the transfer to 3rd party. It is wasting too much time to add favorite. The OTP is not even sent. It is really inconvenient at all times.

I rated 1 star because of the poor chat service. First of all your chat agents seems to be unavailable most if the time. Secondly the 15min time limit for a chat is ridiculous. I have experienced multiple times when I still and some questions to ask and the chat expires mid conversation. Then when I tried to reconnect back to the chat I keep on getting "all of our agents are busy". I've experienced this multiple times and its frustrating. The agents also kept me hanging when I got through.
