Logging in is a pain. I have to reinstall the app many times only to have it work a few times after reinstallation before lagging again. Sometimes I still cannot do anything even after reinstalling. And when I manage to log in I got logged out immediately and I have to waste time logging in again. Definitely not to be used when I need to transfer money online.

You can only login on one device which is the good thing. There's one time I'm forgotten to unbind from my previous phone, reformat it and give my previous phone to my little sister. Lucky it's only need one phone to unbind it from BIBD system. Overall very satisfied.

The new update is making the apps harder (or to be more exact, annoying) to use, rather than getting easier. There was no problem before this, but after the newest update, i am unable to transfer my money to 3rd party account. The options for "favourite accounts" seems to be a must, and i do think that it is unnecessary. Very unnecessary for me, and it's taking a long time to do it for EVERY transaction. Once again, it is so annoying to use.
