Ratings and reviews

A "Google user" commented that this app need all kinds of permission, ie phone camera ECT. I just checked my settings and the app doesn't need any of those. As a matter of fact it work perfectly fine with NO permissions granted so I have no idea where he's coming from . For me it's perfect.

I love that I can easily have books and movies from other libraries shipped to mine for free, and the app will tell me when they are ready for pickup. An amazing resource more people in Chicago should use. Your library membership also includes Hoopla for free!

After the March 14, 2024 upgrade can no longer log in OUTSTANDING. Physical locations closed, still can enjoy books GREAT JOB! I still miss my librarians at West Englewood but thrilled books are available including newly published books
