Ratings and reviews

Works quite smoothly and the interface is clean and simple. It's also well organized; I've never needed to look for a long time to find what you want. My main feedback is that the library card feature should include a barcode. It seems like that was the intention since, when I select it, my screen brightness turns up all the way. However, it's just the card number that's displayed, no barcode.

I had the old app showing on my Android phone's App Store (Google Play), not exactly sure why. Make sure you are installing the latest version of the app or it may point to an older (non-functioning) authentication server. The new app's interface is much cleaner than the old.

We love the library and all of its locations... The app? Not so much. There hasn't been much improvement over the old apps and oftentimes we have to go to the website because the app won't even load. Where are the developers and IT people when you need them?
