Wouldn't connect with internet though every other app on phone could at that time with a 5+ signal. Not sure which Jefferson County this app seves. I live in Jefferson County, AL. App description doesn't clarify.

This app would be great.... if it actually worked to scan the barcode on the library card.

Love my Jefferson County Public Library...19 location & 1 card!!! I can check out moves DVDs ( Huge selection), Instapot & a Cornhole set!!! I can check out at one library & return to any JCPL!!!
