I've made numerous attempts to use the KDL app. I've had a librarian verify my logins were correct. They work for the library's Hoopla app, but they do not work for KDL The app crashes every time I try to login. I've restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still have the same issues. I've emailed the support contacts for the app but no response, not even an auto-generated response. This has been a big waste of time to save some space in my wallet.

My experience has been overall pretty good. It does randomly kick me out and I have to log all the way in with my library card again once in awhile but otherwise it works decent. However it has stopped working completely. It just keeps saying it cannot connect to the Internet. I have tried to reboot my wi-fi and even try my mobile data. I also have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing is working. Can someone help please?

This used to work great, but now it doesn't. Every time I try to use it, I get a message that it can't connect to the internet. I have tried logging off my wifi, using data, and it still won't connect. Then when I'm trying to check out available ebooks, I get a message that "patron has checked out too many limited titles." Which isn't accurate. I only had a few ebooks for my kid checked out. Please fix these issues. It's almost impossible to use.

Hi Courtney, I'm sorry for the trouble. We released an update on August 15. Could you update your app and let us know if that improves things or not?

What’s new

Added support for 16 KB memory page size for Android 15+ to meet Google Play requirements.

Fixed persistent loading spinner when tapping “View all” in My Events.

Back button on system messages now works correctly (no app closure).
