FIND THE WORK
Search live tenders from the Karnataka Public Procurement Portal by department, district, or by a line in the bill of quantities, so a tender turns up on the material you supply even when its title never names it. Every tender shows its estimate, EMD, tender fee, dates, BOQ and the published documents, and links back to the portal that published it.

KNOW WHO YOU ARE BIDDING AGAINST
See who wins this department's work at this size of contract, who wins in this district, and the discount they typically bid, counted from award results the portal has published. Each panel says what it counted and how large the pool was, so a top three drawn from thirty is never read as one drawn from a thousand.

TRACK WHAT YOU HAVE WON
Keep every contract in one book: agreement, work order, site handover, bills, deposits and the dates each stage is actually due. Import past wins from the published award records, or add private and out-of-state work by hand.

The contract period runs from the day the site was handed over, not from the work order. BiddingView records both and shows the gap, because that gap is extension you are entitled to and it is routinely lost.

KNOW WHAT A BILL ACTUALLY PAYS
An RA bill is not one number. Enter the certified value and BiddingView works out the GST, the statutory deductions, the royalty and any security deposit recovery, and tells you what should reach your bank. Every deduction is calculated on the value before GST. These are working figures for your own planning, not a certificate from any department.

STOP RETYPING PAPERWORK
Generate the documents a tender demands, on your own letterhead: KTPP Statement A and Statement B, bid capacity working, the line-of-credit request, and security deposit and difference amount refund letters. Statement A fills itself in from the contracts you already hold. Every document is a draft you check and sign yourself.
