As soon as I entered my card information, without notice, they tried to bill me. Then when I looked in the app, I found I was signed up for a trial membership without my permission, set up to renew at $24.99 a month. It's very difficult to cancel the membership, and one mis-click resulted them in trying to charge me $24.99 again. If my bank didn't flag the charges, I would have lost that money. Do not trust this app!

I've been having a problem that effects my use of the app for over thirty five hours now. I have reached out to customer service repeatedly. All I get is they have received my email and someone will get back to me shortly. It's ridiculous that I can't use the blidz app that I paid a membership fee for. I've sent over fifteen emails without getting help. Be aware if you join and have a problem, don't expect a answer. The worst customer service I've ever had.

Update 3/18/26: Contacted more than 5 times w/no response. Can't delete account by self, they have to. They haven't. Original: Downloaded app to learn more about it before using it. They will automatically charge $1 for trial & if you click out of it, the app automatically charged me $24.99 for monthly membership. I was trying to decide if I would like the app & it's features before joining membership, that wasn't possible since they charged me right out of gate. I do not recommend this app.
