Decent site, but I learned the property ow er was running up the bids on a house I bought. The buyers' premium and ++ fees are a bit much.

I've used them to sell my house. They were wonderful. Professional and informative, and he knew what he was doing. I also started buying from the site. Great people.

Seems shady. I called and inquired about an auction then made plans to travel to auction. Strangly the auction ended before the auction date.
