Bieneni is designed as a professional mobile platform capable of supporting different user profiles depending on their business. After phone authentication with OTP verification, users can create or access their business, manage their profile, and automatically access a workspace corresponding to their business category.

The application is based on a multi-business approach. It doesn't offer a generic experience, but rather environments tailored to specific needs: retail, pharmacy, hair salon, and motorcycle/wewa business. Each environment has its own screens, dashboards, management workflows, and key performance indicators.

For retail businesses, Bieneni allows users to track business activity through a dashboard, including sales, point of sale, products, supplies, inventory, stock withdrawals, and expenses. The goal is to provide a clear overview of revenue, profit, stock levels, and daily transactions.

For pharmacies, the application provides a management space focused on stock, sales, reports, expenses, and adding products. This allows for better control of available items, restocking, and operational monitoring.

For the trade show, Bieneni supports both a business mode and an agent mode. The manager can track services, expenses, agents, services and rates, as well as payments to employees. Agents, on the other hand, can access a more focused space to view their services and earnings.

For motorcyclists, the application goes beyond simple activity management. It integrates a range of field features such as a daily log, trips, incidents, maintenance, service stations, savings, a rotating savings and credit association (ROSCA), and, most importantly, an SOS system with priority alerts. This system is enhanced by real-time notifications, a dedicated alert screen, a critical alarm, and quick access to map location.

Bieneni also includes cross-functional communication and coordination features. It includes messaging, push notifications, incoming audio/video calls, a native call screen integration, and deep links to access specific features like tontine invitations. This collaborative aspect significantly enhances the application's everyday usefulness.

From a product perspective, Bieneni positions itself as an all-in-one application: a management tool, a business assistant, a communication channel, and a field responsiveness solution. It aims to reduce fragmentation across multiple applications and offer a consistent, fast, and contextualized mobile experience.
