Welcome to BUBBA CHOP GROVE, a cozy pixel-art forest where every tap goes chop.

Tap a tree and the chips fly. It wobbles, creaks and topples with a puff of dust, the lumber bounces off to your pile, and a fresh sapling pops up in its place. Nobody here is ever really hurt: the trees dust themselves off and grow right back.

Hire a tiny crew
14 kinds of little helpers, each with a job of their own:
• Lumberjacks, Archers, Knights, Lancers and Monks
• Planters who tend the saplings, Snuffler piglets who sniff out treasure, and Log Roller otters who haul lumber to the sawmill
• Sawyers who work in pairs, Lamplighters who light up the night, and Knotpecker woodpeckers
• Stargazers who wish on falling stars, a marching band of Drummers, and the hard-working Beaver Crew
Everyone you hire gets straight to work. As a crew grows, you pick its path, one simple choice at a time. Changed your mind? Switch any time outside a fight. It costs nothing, just a 6-second break while they swap tools.

Befriend 14 Legendary Trees
Each bigger kind of tree is guarded by a grumpy giant with a face full of personality: Grandpa Gnarlwood, the Birch Twins, the Maple Monarch, the Blossom Empress and many more. Tap, swipe and let your crew chop before the timer runs out. Win, and they sulk for a moment, then become your friends. Not going well? Give up and try again whenever you like. The last one standing is the towering Giga Tree.

14 kinds of trees, five cozy lands
Grow from Puffball Shrubs to Heartwood Elders across Buttercup Meadow, Maple Hollow, Blossom Lake, Velvetmoss Pines and Starwood Heights.

Day and night
Watch the sun and moon cross the sky. At night the lanterns glow, an owl keeps watch and fireflies drift by for you to catch.

Swipe into a Chop Frenzy
Tap fast to fill your meter and set off a Chop Frenzy, or swipe across the grove to slash every tree in your path. Keep an eye out for the Golden Tree too: if you ignore it, it gets up on its little root-feet and waddles away!

Hats and treasures
Chopping turns up little treasures. There are 15 hats to find: acorn caps, tea cups, tiny crowns and more. Pop one on a crew and that crew gets the hat's bonus, spelled out in plain numbers. Trinkets come in sets of three, and every finished set gives a lasting bonus. A tiny crew in tiny hats: that's the whole point, really.

Replant, Rebloom, grow stronger
• Replant your grove for Amber Acorns and grow the Acorn Tree of lasting upgrades
• Rebloom for Dawn Blossoms, the handy helpers of the Blossom Garden and the Beaver Crew
• Spend Heartwood from your Legendary friends on Relics, lasting boosts with plain numbers
• Help the villagers with their jobs and daily chores, and follow their little stories
