The game itself is pretty decent, but the ads are excessive, especially since I paid to remove ads. I'm even getting asked again to pay to remove ads! I've asked for help several times over the past year and got no help at all. YES! A YEAR! They finally told me that paying for ad removal is only TEMPORARY! When I paid it was good for 2 days. And to answer them, I did not change devices or uninstall the app. Extremely greedy people!!

Really sorry for the inconvenience.The ad-free service is effective for a long time. Have you ever changed your device? You can sync only the "Remove Ads" service, but if you purchase the bundle containing other items, you can't sync the "Remove Ads" service. Could you please send us an email via App-Settings-Contact Us attached with your payment?

I love the game. But it doesn't save the daily. Every day I go in and I have zero days completed even though I have played every day this month since downloading the app. I sent a screenshot to the email in the contact us. But heard absolutely nothing back. Fix this and my rating will be a 5. The only other thing that drives me crazy is the ads. Some you can't even close after they are done. I have to close the app and go back in.

Game itself pretty fun but it's practically unplayable due to ads. If you're playing at a good clip there is an ad every 45 seconds or so you spend longer watching the ads than you do playing the game. Most rage inducing though there's an option to skip ads for a lesser reward but about 60% of the time it results in an ad playing anyway and then not getting the better reward.
