Last night I tried to play this and it wouldn't open up. I had played it earlier in the day with no problem. I tried to play it again this morning and it shuts down on the Gummy Drop bubble screen. I cleared my cache and restarted my phone. It made no difference. You, of course, know that if I don't get signed in today then I will have to pay to keep my progress. Also, why is your app the ONLY one that tells me I have no wi-fi and can't play.

There is very little in this game that provides satisfaction. Many years ago when this game first came out, it was fun. You’d have an opportunity to actually complete cities and see progress. In the past couple of years, it has become impossible to finish anything unless you purchase it with in-game coins, extra lives or actual cash. The difficulty level is such that you cannot get ahead and most times cannot actually finish a city completely without investing a sizable amount of cash.

(...I'll have to confess I play at least 3 times a day. 2016?)Today is 11/30/24. I just read my old review. I played this game, very happily, for 5 years. The last year, or so has been problematic. Too many days of shutdowns, black screens, not loading. I uninstalled, and tried again, many times. I still love this game. Can't find a replacement. I'm trying once again.
