⚡ HOW IT WORKS
1. SET YOUR BASELINE — On first launch, enter your current best vertical jump and a goal jump. Win uses these to track every gain you make.
2. PICK YOUR WORKOUT — The home screen serves up a tailored HIIT Power Circuit each day: 30 min, ~320 kcal, High effort. Tap START SESSION when you're ready.
3. RUN THE CIRCUIT — Eight exercises, four sets each. Box Jumps, Sprint Bursts, Burpees, and more. Each exercise has a clean READY → WORK → REST cycle with target reps and a circular timer.
4. HIT YOUR TARGET — Tap the +/- counter as you hit reps. Cross the target and the screen flashes TARGET HIT! to mark a clean set.
5. REST. REPEAT. WIN. — A 17-second REST screen between sets ("Catch your breath, hydrate") keeps you on pace. Up next labels show what's coming so you're never guessing.
6. LOG YOUR PERFORMANCE — At the end of every session, the GREAT WORK! screen asks for your best vertical jump today and your 30m sprint time. These feed straight into your Stats and Personal Records.

Pre-built sessions covering Box Jumps, Sprint Bursts, Burpees, and other explosive movements. Each exercise has a name, category (Power, Speed, Conditioning), short cue ("Explosive two-foot jump onto the box"), set count, and rep target.
▸ READY / WORK / REST RUNNER
A clean full-screen workout runner with a circular progress timer. Yellow ring during WORK, orange ring during REST. Always shows current exercise, set number (1/4 → 4/4), and "Up next" so you know what's coming.
▸ REP COUNTER WITH TARGET DETECTION
Each set has a rep target (e.g. 10 reps for Box Jumps). Tap +/- to log reps in real time. Hit the target and the counter card glows yellow with a TARGET REACHED! flash.

Log your best jump after each session. Watch your numbers climb from baseline (e.g. 40 cm) toward your goal (e.g. 60 cm). The Stats screen shows trends across sessions.

Log sprint times in seconds. Personal best is shown front and center on the Home screen. Compare against your previous week's average.

Sessions, Active Minutes, Calories — all tallied for the current week. Week-over-Week comparison shows prev vs now for sessions, active minutes, and jump-vs-baseline.
