I'm really enjoying the lecture series included in Big Interview, and I feel a lot more confident and prepared for my upcoming interview because of the platform. Unfortunately, the app is nearly unusable. It continuously crashes, and there are no way to turn of the subtitles in videos which are usually out of sync with the audio. If you are going to use big interview, stick to using a desktop browser.

This looks like a great app, unfortunately I just downloaded it and it's impossible to connect/create a profile. There is no landing page for creating a profile, only the login page, which then unables you to log since you have no account yet. Also it right away says that a new update is available but nothing happens when trying to install it. Hopefully you guys fix this as I would love to try the app. 😊

The app kept trying to force me to update even though I had just downloaded the most recent version. I was just trying to complete a mock interview for school, so I hit "ignore" at least 15 times, before I accidentally hit "install", which closed my interview. I can see it on the assignments page, but when I click on it to finish, it just brings up a blank screen. I just had to start over completely on another device. Extremely frustrating to have to do such a nerve wracking assignment twice
