Buy a truck. It will be fun they say! All good till you have to pay $15 a month. Little steep. I wish it didn't have to be plugged in all the time and it already uses data that costs me money. Can't you just sell me that app for one crazy amount and be done? I don't need your messaging and your tracking. I just need to keep track of my hos. Guess I should've just created an app instead of owning a truck.
From a company perspective Best cheapest electronic log system to institute for your company. You can track your drivers, message them, and make sure they are compliant. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because of two weaknesses. One is you need Internet to log in, that can be a problem at times when your out in the middle of nowhere, (but you don't run into this as much as you might think). The second bigger flaw is that you cannot count on it to accurately account for your IFTA miles because of various reasons.
Big Roads Awesome app. Only app that allows drivers, w/in their own fleet, to send alerts to every driver, for example, accident closures, lane closures, objects laying in the road. Awesome app, love it. MY employer HATES that I use it. Whaaaa!
The perfect tool This has been a Godsend. After driving for a co that used electronic logs, and being relegated to paper for the last few years, I've hated writing. Since I began using this year, life is a snap, crackle & pop!
Stars will be added when obvious I do not understand why this app does not give the operator this option. Specifically, when changing duty status, from the circle thingy. This option would have the ability to start the status change at 15 minute intervals just like paper. Instead it starts at the clock time! There is a 7.5 minute halfway margin on paper logs. The app needs to go to the nearest 15 minute mark automatically. Not that different than paper, and when this app prints, it IS on paper!!!
Split duty status I cannot go off duty or sleeper it still logs my time . As the rules state I can legally go in sleeper for no less than 2 hours . And continue to drive. Also in Canada our hours of service reset after 10 hours off duty not 8 hours
