* I’m on the tools and also run my own business. Should I sign up for a Big Trades tradesperson account or a business account?
- You should sign up for a tradesperson account first to build your personal profile. Then go to Settings to add a business profile to the account. You’ll be able to easily switch between your tradesperson profile and business profile at any time.

* I’m a homeowner looking for tradies to fix my house. Can I sign up to Big Trades?
- No, Big Trades is only for professionals who are on the tools. However, we plan to launch another platform shortly to help homeowners connect with tradies on Big Trades. Keep an eye out for that!

* I don't have an Australian mobile number. How do I sign up?
- Sorry, you must have an Australian mobile number to access Big Trades.
