Dhadak Kamgar Film Union is a dedicated organization formed to support, protect, and represent professionals working across the Film and Television industry. Our mission is to resolve the challenges faced by workers and artists by ensuring fairness, dignity, and justice at every level of the industry.
The Film & TV industry runs on the hard work and dedication of countless professionals—many of whom work behind the scenes. We exist to stand with these individuals, listen to their concerns, and act as a strong, reliable support system whenever issues arise.
Who We Support
Our organization actively supports and represents professionals from all departments of Film and Television production, including but not limited to:
* Film & TV Actors and Actresses
* Directors and Assistant Directors
* Junior Artists and Duplicates
* Camera Men and Camera Assistants
* Light Men and Electrical Teams
* Dress Men, Costume Staff, and Designers
* Hair Dressers and Makeup Artists
* Carpenters and Set Workers
* Production Staff and Spot Boys
* All other Film and Television Technicians and Crew Members
Our Role and Commitment
Our active film unit is always available to understand the problems faced by workers and artists. We believe that every issue deserves timely attention and a fair resolution. Whether it involves workplace challenges, professional disputes, or matters of dignity and respect, we work to ensure that concerns are addressed promptly and responsibly.
We stand firmly for:
Worker Support – Providing guidance, assistance, and representation to industry professionals
Film & TV Industry Advocacy – Acting as a collective voice for workers across all departments
Rights Protection – Safeguarding the professional rights and interests of our members
