update10/10-11/25: called 20 times and listened to their 3 minute long jazz hold music each time before someone finally picked up... and could do nothing. don't bother calling support. they can't/ won't help. worst service. no yelling, no screaming, just explained my situation and was told there was nothing they could do to connect. previous: the dock goes down every time it rains and no one answers the customer service number nor the urgent number given through the "chat with us" prompt.

Today I went along as usual but the locks weren't working. We couldn't use the facility. We were unable to open the locking frame. I assumed that if the power or Internet went down, the frame would default to the unlock position which is bad enough, today I discovered that it defaults to the locked position, so if there is a failure when the bike is in there, it is impossible to retrieve it. I don't think I will be using this locking system in future.

Hello, thank you for the feedback. We are very sorry for your bad experience. If the internet or power is out then nobody can unlock the lock before the power or internet is back.

The idea is great and the bike hacks are sturdy, but every time I tried to used them outside Pacific Fair in gold Coast, it said they weren't available, even though there was no bike parked there. After few dozen times, I just gave up.
