A great foundation, but needs a little refinement. Works really well in its basic GPX map guide function, but in bright sunlight the screen is hard to see and read. Needs a higher contrast mode. Needs zoom. Needs the "my location" pointer to be larger and much bolder (black?) to be visible. Also there does not seem to be an exit / end button. My phone now thinks it is navigating with BikeGPX all the time even though I have not get a current route set. A bit weird.Still - it got us there and back

Excellent app, worth paying for premium. Info about hill climbs is v useful. 2 suggestions: 1. When going "out and back", it assumes you are on the return leg as soon as you are on the out, & skips to next instruction, never notifying of the turn around. 2, the location bug is near the middle of the screen, leaving the bottom half (at largest scale) wasted. Location should be centred lower in the screen. Also a minor bug, route uploading only seems to work on desktop, not in the app.

Big fan of the app, have paid for the premium version which gives turn by turn and gradient information while riding. Would love it to request background location permission in Android as it no longer seems to alert if you go off route when the screen is off to save battery - pretty sure it used to back earlier Android versions.
