app is very good, but since 5 weeks now is is UNBEARABLY SLOW when trying to get to Electronic records, Financial, etc. I am an IT professional, my phone is good, please check your app. something is wrong when trying to navigate the menu options

SNAIL going backwards is faster than this app. Even when finally "in"...after LUXTRUST I get Authentification error Certificate not found.It seems Like you don't have permissions to use BILnet. Please contact your relationship manager for further details. Branch since closed. Banking in Luxembourg is nigh impossible

I thought you will bring it to the app , but you didn't. So, now I'm forced to write this to notify you that is missing the virtual card . That able us to create a card with the value to purchase anything, anywhere online products and services. And as well avoid phishing activities. The credit don't add anything to us. Several months passed and nothing happened. We don't need to carry any card. I have to download other apps to have it. Digital wallet is required!!!
