I am compelled to write this review to express my frustration with the latest update of this app on the Play Store. Since the update, the app has become virtually unusable — not only am I unable to log in, but the entire functionality seems to have been compromised. This unexpected and significant drop in performance reflects poorly on the app's reliability. The service was once dependable, but this recent update has left me thoroughly disappointed. I sincerely hope the development team address

The App has been unreliable for a while. Personally, I haven't been able to make transfers for almost three weeks. BIL's customer service is also non-existent. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
