I am compelled to write this review to express my frustration with the latest update of this app on the Play Store. Since the update, the app has become virtually unusable — not only am I unable to log in, but the entire functionality seems to have been compromised. This unexpected and significant drop in performance reflects poorly on the app's reliability. The service was once dependable, but this recent update has left me thoroughly disappointed. I sincerely hope the development team address

very awkward user experience, with unexpected delays. worse, the banking service behind it is slow. ask for a transfer and maybe it happens in a few minutes and maybe it takes a few days. its as if they have a person behind it and they are sometimes busy. EDIT: I spoke to the hotline number, and explained the critique verbally. I understand that the delays are because for certain transactions, over certain limits, there really is a person behind it, and they are sometimes busy (or not working). It's not real clear what the value in this is, nor is it communicated through the UI well. However, it is likely consistent with other Luxembourgish banks, though out of line with international banking service levels, and especially those offered by challenger banks like N26 and Revolut.

Doesn't work half the time, painfully slow, not fully featured, Overall very poor but all par for the course in the hellscape of luxembourg application offers Edit: latest update somehow managed to make it even worse. I am now getting the "new version, please configure" nonsense every time I launch it, coupled with a bunch of errors once I get done configuring it for the tenth time. At least it still launches when clicking on the icon, that's probably the next feature to go. Good job!
