Ticket Inquiry is an application developed to allow staff at event and organization entrances to quickly and securely verify tickets.

The application is only for authorized staff users. Login is done using a username and password.

After logging in:
• Ticket status can be checked using the citizen's phone number

• Ticket can be verified by scanning the QR code on the ticket with a camera

• Information on whether the ticket is valid, used, or invalid is displayed instantly

The Ticket Inquiry application enables quick processing in event areas and reduces congestion at entrances.
