PatrolShield is a professional security management platform designed to meet all operational needs of field security personnel in a single application.

── TOUR AND PATROL MANAGEMENT ──
Track assigned patrol tours step by step. Verify each station by scanning an NFC tag or QR code. Completed, skipped, and incomplete stations are recorded instantly. Your tour history is stored in the central system.

── INCIDENT REPORTING ──
Document field incidents instantly. In addition to text descriptions, you can add photos, videos, and audio recordings. Reports are automatically sent to relevant individuals; reports created offline are synchronized to the server when a connection is established.

── EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ──
Send an SOS, Call Me, or Emergency Call alert with a single touch in case of danger. Your GPS location at the time of the alert is transmitted to the central team.

── FALL DETECTION ──
When an abnormal fall movement is detected via built-in accelerometer analysis, an automatic alert is activated. If personnel do not respond, the center is notified.

── SHIFT HANDOVER ──
Record the current equipment status and shift information at the beginning of the shift. The handover record, transmitted to the center along with GPS location, ensures transparent operational continuity.

── MULTIPLE TENANT SUPPORT ──
Personnel working in multiple clients or regions can change the active tenant from within the application. Custom task, tour, and leave configurations are automatically loaded for each tenant.

Each device cannot connect to the system without central approval. Unauthorized access attempts are automatically blocked.

All operations performed when there is no internet connection are stored locally and synchronized in the background when the connection is re-established. Uninterrupted field operations are ensured.
