With this single Billbooks app you can create and manage multiple organizations and send invoices/estimates through each of them separately without having to logout and login. Send past due reminders, receive payments through credit or debit cards, send receipts, book expenses, manage projects (grouping all estimates, invoices and expenses under client projects to measure profitability), get estimates approved from customers, view 8 different types of reports like tax, collections, sales, items, etc., create recurring invoice schedules, automate payment reminders, set custom due dates, multi currencies, customer ledger statements and so much more.
