In addition to city gas services such as checking and paying bills and making moving reservations, you can receive bill discounts by adding cash benefits. We also provide various energy services, such as checking real-time electricity bills.

We are currently expanding nationwide to Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi, Gangwon, Chungnam, Chungbuk, Jeonbuk, Jeonnam, Gyeongnam, and Jeju, and we are preparing to make it available in even more regions.

- You can pay using various payment methods such as cards and virtual accounts, and easily apply for easy payment or automatic transfer. 4. Save on Gas Bills by Accumulating Cash

- Earn cash just by signing up, solving quizzes, or watching ads. Use your accumulated cash to get discounts on your gas bill (limited to select city gas services) or withdraw it to your account.

5. Mobile Self-Meter Reading

- Open the gas app and snap a picture of your meter without a manager's visit! You can read your meter yourself in just 5 seconds.

6. Contactless Visit Reservation

- If you need a visit for services such as moving, safety inspections, gas disconnection, or connection, you can apply quickly and easily.

- Even after customer center business hours, you can get your questions answered anytime, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

8. Smart Usage Inquiry

- If you have a smart meter, you can check your real-time gas usage and estimated charges. (Currently available in select areas of Seoul and Jeju, with expansion planned)

9. Real-Time Bill Inquiry

- Check your usage to date, this month's estimated bill, and even compare it to last month's bill! Check real-time bills for both gas and electricity to manage them more efficiently.

- Explore various content such as the Energy Saving Guide, lifestyle tips, and gas bill saving events.

- Use Gas App Cash to pay your gas bill and purchase various coupons for Starbucks, Baemin, E-mart, Olive Young, and more.

- You can purchase boilers at reliable prices from city gas companies and 'Gas Mall,' their official partner store.

[Service Access Permission Guide]

The Gas App works seamlessly on Android version 6.0 and above. If you are using a version below 6.0, you cannot individually grant optional permissions.

We recommend updating to Android version 6.0 or higher by providing an operating system upgrade from your device manufacturer. Please delete the installed app and reinstall it to change permissions.

* Required Access Permissions

1. Phone Number, Text Messages

- Phone permission is required to connect to the City Gas Customer Center.

- Used for automatic entry when a mobile phone number is required.

- Used for automatic entry of verification codes received via text message.

* Optional Access Permissions

1. Camera, Storage: Used to attach necessary documents, such as taking photos of the meter during self-meter reading or applying for overpayment refunds.

2. Location Information: Used for automatic entry of the current location when reporting excavation work.

3. Contact Information: Used to select the contact information of family members to send invitation messages to when inviting family members.

4. Recommended to Receive Push Notifications: Please set Push notifications to receive essential schedule updates, such as monthly bill issuance, city gas payment dates, visit appointments, and self-meter reading periods.

You can still use the app even if you do not allow optional access permissions, but the use of some features may be restricted.
