Charles the Snake is classic snake with a twist that changes everything: only ONE color is safe to eat.

Magic beans fill the maze in seven colors, but Charles may only eat the target color — one wrong bean and the run is over. The panel always shows which color is coming next, so every bite is a small plan: line up the next target, pick your route, and keep the streak alive.

HOW IT PLAYS
• Swipe to steer — smooth, continuous movement built for quick, deliberate turns
• Eat the target color to grow, score, and promote the next color
• Every bean makes Charles a little faster — how long can you keep up?
• Chain quick eats to keep your scoring streak burning
• One wrong bean ends the run. No second chances… almost.

SPECIAL BEANS
• The GOLDEN BEAN ignites a long golden streak — harvest bonus beans while it lasts
• The SHIELD BEAN forgives one wrong bean and saves your run
• Special beans never expire, and choosing when to grab them is half the strategy

DARK MODE
• Flip the moon switch and play the same rules at night
• In the dark you see beans only up close — walls loom from farther away, and no arrows point the way
• The NIGHT BEAN lights up the whole room for a few seconds
• Dark mode keeps its own records, leaderboard, and tutorial

LEVELS AND TALENTS
• Every run adds to a lifetime level — 40 of them to climb
• From level 2, each level earns a talent point
• Spend them in a tree of 29 talents across three branches: Memory, Reflex and Planning
• Longer streaks, a moment to turn away from a wall, a second shield charge, deeper sight in the dark — every talent sharpens something Charles already does
